Anima’s red t-shirt looks good in Japan too. Anima has been looking for designers and production artists in Asia for our Julia&PAL feature. Now it is happening with Japan.
This all started when Mr Narita visited Finnanimation‘s stand in Tokyo International Anime Fair in 2012. There he met Eliza Jäppinen who later introduced Anima Boutique’s Jari Lähteinen and Jari told Mr Narita about Anima Vitae. After that Anima was proud to host a visit from Mr Narita at our Helsinki-based studio. Anima’s producers met Mr Narita again last autumn in Cartoon Forum, France, where the concrete idea about collaboration arised.
That’s again a nice story about the fact that if you want to do international business, you better travel. And if there happen to be organizations like Finnanimation, it makes your work easier. Thank you Finnanimation and thank you Liisa!
